We provide mobile physiotherapy, sports injury assessment, and rehabilitation at your location within Gudauri Ski Resort.
Physiotherapy is a medical treatment aimed at improving movement, function, and recovery.
We do not provide emergency care. In case of an emergency, please contact local medical services immediately.
Sessions are designed to focus on assessment, treatment, and functional improvement.2. Appointments and Cancellations
Appointments must be booked in advance by phone, email, or our booking system.
All appointments must be a minimum of 1 hour.
Cancellations should be made at least 24 hours before the session. Late cancellations or no-shows may incur a fee.
If you need to reschedule, we will do our best to accommodate you.3. Payment
Payment is due at the time of the session unless agreed otherwise.
We accept cash or bank transfer (Revolut, PayPal or RBS UK)
Prices are subject to change, but we will confirm the cost when you book.
Refunds, if applicable, will be made using the same method of payment unless agreed otherwise.4. Client Responsibilities and Health Information
You must provide full and accurate information about your medical history, including injuries, surgeries, chronic conditions, or medications.
If you withhold information, it may affect your treatment and we cannot be held responsible for any resulting issues.
Follow instructions during sessions for your safety and the effectiveness of your treatment.
You are responsible for providing a safe and suitable space for us to work.5. Session Guidelines
Each session lasts the agreed time, with a minimum of 1 hour.
Sessions are usually one-on-one unless previously agreed.
You will need to provide a safe area to carry out exercises or treatments.6. Liability
Physiotherapy carries some risk of injury.

We collect personal and health information to provide physiotherapy safely and keep records on Zanda.
We only use your information for treatment and record-keeping.
We will not share your data without your consent unless required by law.
We keep records as long as needed for treatment or legal requirements, then delete them securely.8. Communication
Booking or communicating via phone, email, or messaging apps means you agree to receive confirmations, reminders, or service messages through these channels.9. Unforeseen Events
We are not responsible if services are delayed or canceled due to weather, road closures, or other events outside our control.
We will do our best to reschedule if this happens.10. Intellectual Property
Any materials we provide during sessions, including exercise programs, instructions, or handouts, remain our property. They are for your personal use only and cannot be shared or used commercially without permission.11. Complaints
